Paul Schneider
General Manager/Executive Producer

Paul Schneider began his career 25 years ago with the pioneering computer animation company Cranston Csuri Productions.  Since then, his unflagging interest in graphics, animation and television has led him to work with some of the premier companies in the US.  After moving to NY,  Paul was one of the first employees at Telezign, a hybrid design and production company.  While there, Paul handled a wide variety of broadcast (NBC, MTV, VH1, CBS Sports) and corporate clients (Pfizer, Marion Merrel Dow) and even won a National Sports Emmy for his production of the “1990 Dream Season” promo for CBS Sports.

Following Telezign, Paul started working for Post Perfect, one of the largest post production and special effects facilities in NY.  There he increased his responsibilities to include working on national commercials with some of the largest advertising agencies in the world (Saatchi and Sattachi,  McCann Ericson, Grey Advertising.), as well as post production on independant feature films (Errol Morris, Sollace Mitchell)

Then, Paul went out on his own and formed PS Consulting to fufill a growing need:  putting clients together with talented artists, designers and producers to get projects done in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner.,  Paul worked on larger projects for a variety of clients, including Lee Hunt Associates (Fox Kids Global Brand redesign),  Razorfish (Disney Channel Global Brand redesign,  Toon Disney Redesign), TZ (Network Redesigns for BBC America and Bravo), as well as the groundbreaking program “SonicVision” at the American Museum of Natural History’s Hayden Planetarium.  This program, done in conjunction with recording artist Moby, is a re-imaging of the very popular Laserium programs of the 70’s, updated with today’s cutting edge animation and music from Coldplay, U2,  Radiohead and others.

Beginning in 2004, Paul was instrumental in landing the TeamPeople account at BMW of North America.  His position of General Manager/Executive Producer had him managing BMW’s internal training network which completed its transition from Broadcast Satellite to a web based HD Video on Demand distribution in 2006. Paul oversaw the staff that produced all the training programs (about 15 hours a month) for the employees in the 357 BMW dealerships in US.  During his tenure, Paul grew the business from 7 to 17 employees, expanded their services to divisions of BMW outside the University, and successfully executed two contract extensions.

In 2008, he returned to running PS Consulting, and landed large projects with Version 2 (Ford F-150 truck campaign), Curious Pictures (Nike, HBO’s Bored to Death, Orbit Gum, and others) and a massive project with Digital Kitchen that had him hiring a staff of over 150 artists to complete 72 minutes of content for a 120 monitor video wall that was part of a Microsoft’s new retail store.

Paul then pivoted again and started working with ViacomCBS as a Post Production Supervisor for some of their most successful series.  Over 10 years, he managed over 250 episodes of programming, including multiple seasons of “Guy Code”, “Girl Code”, and “Wild n Out” to name just a few.

As COVID hit, he quickly became an expert on remote productions techniques, which brought him to the attention of SimpleCloud, a new company that was offering completely virtual post production studios in the cloud.  Paul worked with SimpleCloud to develop the product to be more post production friendly and then helped market it to the post community.
